Education and Training (NE&T) is a business
dedicated to somatic education and fitness through the Nia Technique.
Directed by Holly Curtis, M.Ed., Nia First Degree Black Belt and Nia
Trainer, NE&T offers classes, workshops,
private and small group sessions, Nia instructor certification, personal
coaching, and continuing education in the Nia Technique, which is
based on the work of Debbie Rosas and Carlos Rosas. Holly's ongoing
class program is currently offered at the Aspen Santa Fe Ballet School.
Holly also teaches classes at the Santa Fe Community Colleg. In addition,
Holly is available for public speaking events and demonstrations.
The inspiring landscape of Santa Fe and Northern New Mexico, home to NE&T, adds to the zest for life stimulated by the Nia Technique. Whether you are interested in attending regular ongoing Nia classes, or delving into a week long intensive, NE&T promises to bring your body back to life! | |||||
