Nia Trainings are offered in five  unique levels. Everyone, regardless of  experience, starts at the first level, White Belt. Subsequent Belts include Green, Blue, Brown, and Black.

 

The  White Belt Intensive Training is highly interactive, using both cognitive and experiential learning models along with the thirteen Nia White Belt Principles. When you attend an Intensive you  study movement dynamics, body-mind physiology, kinesiology, choreography, music appreciation and notation, x-ray anatomy, and more. Each day is divided into highly interactive sessions where you learn, move, and practice Nia’s body of work. You will also participate with other students in Nia Classes to witness the power of The Technique in practice.
