NIA WHITE BELT INTENSIVES

The Nia White Belt  Intensive is a profound personal growth experience, as well as the first step in teacher training.  The outcome of a Nia Intensive Training, for all who attend, is education, movement exploration, self-empowerment, and professional growth.

 

The Nia White Belt Intensive introduces the 13 Principles which are the foundation of the Nia program.  These include lessons in anatomy, body dynamics, mindfulness, movement expression, music appreciation and notation, and more.   The wide scope of material covered in the intensives extends the impact of Nia beyond the exercise class, creating a lifestyle of its own.  Thousands of people have embarked on this path of personal development and self-discovery by incorporating the Nia principles into their lives.  Many others have become succesful Nia Teachers, building classes and communities of their own.

WORKSHOPS
In addition to the Intensive Trainings, Holly offers Nia Workshops, which are another opportunity to delve more deeply into the principles of Nia.
